Art printing Procedure

 Materials:

- Blank Paper

- Cardstock Paper

- Glue

- Paint 

- Pencil

- Exacto Knife

- Cardboard

Step 1: Find a silhouette image, or to be more creative use an other image

Step 2: cut it out 

Step 3: Draw the image on cardboard

Step 4: Cut out the pencil marks from the cardboard 

Step 5: Glue a card stock paper behind the cut out cardboard image

Step 6: Paint the cardboard image

Step 7: Get a blank paper and paste the cardboard with wet paint on to the paper

Step 8: Let the Paint dry and your stamp is complete

To Light A Light Is To Cast A Shadow. One Cannot Exist Without The Other

I think that this quote means that no matter what you do good or bad there will always be something that will impact it In a negative way. The quote say that "To light a light is to cast a shadow" this means if you try something new like if you go to a new school the light to light in this case so that your moving to a new school for what ever reason but you will know what is the reason and to cast a shadow says that in that new school you will start from nothing. You most likely wouldn't know anyone, you wouldn't know your class rooms, you would know teachers, you wouldn't know allot of things but gradually hopefully near the end you will have a great idea about your mew school. A BIG shadow would be you left all your friends teachers you would miss allot of things for example all your good memories.


What shadows have I casted on my self we'll I'm not really sure but I can see that this quote will mean a lot when I graduate. How? As of today I know that not all of grade 8 kids from Beaumonde are not going to go to TCI, they will go there own way. It's like dandelions. From the start you have one dandelion but then when the time comes it falls apart and goes it own way. Just like how to will be in a couple of months. Some might follow and some might go its own way. That is what cast the shadows but to light a light the positive thing is that you graduated and that you will make new friends. Just like In the dandelion case when the dandelion goes its own way it make a new flower which make it back to normal again.


I think rebound is similar to this quote, I think this because David come from a new school didn't know anyone but it was a good thing that he got in a fight with Sean because if it wasn't for Sean Wouldn't think that he came out of his shadow. David didn't know anyone he was a kid in a wheel chair and Sean was there step by step for David. Sean helped David come out of the shadow and helped him to over come being in the cold shadow. But later David did come out of that shadow.  So like what I said before " To light a light means that David moved for what ever reason but he had some struggles in getting comfortable In his new school.

Mental health awareness week

Social media effecting children in a good way or a bad way.  

Social Media may cause huge problems such as bullying. Well that can be prevented by simply blocking unfriendly people. People using social media usually show off their achievements and when children see amazing achievements...they feel low for themselves and their self esteem drops as they feel that they are worthless when comparing what they have achieved with what others have achieved.  Although there is very good part of social media which we should all understand. Well, we all know that there are people out there who try their best to prevent Mental Illness Stigma. Lots of people in the social networking world can help make you feel better and increase your self esteem by a lot. The problem it you need to be able to contact certain people for that . For example people with mental illness could possibly go on Twitter and chat with groups like @mentalillnesspolicypeople who can help people with mental illness in many ways. I think that the most severe problem with mental illness is people not being able to communicate and that they are extents silent. Many people with mental illness are silent, and don't seem to express their feelings, sadness, emotions and thoughts. Using social media it may be easier for them to express their inner thoughts as they don't actually have  to explain an describe their  thoughts vocally, and instead they could type it out, which can be much easier, and less gut taking, as you don't  see the person and you are just chatting with an unknown person. Through social media it becomes easier to communicate with others and and this way distress can easily be seen and cured.

Science Fair

Grade One Science Fair

On April 28 2015 the grade ones had a science fair full of surprises and entertainment in Beaumonde Heights Junior Middle School. But there was one girl that got my attention and her name is Pranavi Kollarakkal. Her structure was a house. Not a big house not a small house a house right enough to be comfortable in. Not only the student i'm going mention but all the other students did a terrific job. They worked very hard and they were very confident to talk to us to answer some hard and easy questions. There where all sorts of structures from bridges to light houses even to jet packs. A huge thanks to all the teachers that were there to invite us to take a look at all different types of structures.

-Yes. I know this because it stands up and it's stable and does not move or shake.
